INTERNETBALL LLC (the “Company”) is committed to maintaining privacy protections for its users. I. INFORMATION WE COLLECT

1. Information collected via Technology
To activate the Service you do not need to submit any Personal Information. However, in an effort to improve the quality of the Service, we track information provided to us by your browser or by our software application when you view or use the Service, such as the website you came from (known as the “referring URL”), the type of browser you use, the device from which you connected to the Service, the time and date of access, and other information that does not personally identify you. We track this information using cookies, or small text files which include an anonymous unique identifier. Cookies are sent to a user’s browser from our servers and are stored on the user’s computer hard drive. 3. Children’s Privacy

Except as otherwise stated in this Privacy Policy, we do not sell, trade, rent or otherwise share for marketing purposes your Personal Information with third parties without your consent. We do share Personal Information with vendors and third parties who are performing services for the Company, including but not limited to the servers for our email communications who are provided access to user’s email address for purposes of sending emails from us. Those vendors and third parties use your Personal Information only at our direction and in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

We use and share Business Related Information about your businesses with vendors and third parties in order to perform essential functions of business, including but not limited to providing the Site and the Service, communicating with you, outsourcing labor and services, determining if we will develop a business relationship with you, marketing, setting prices, finding competitive advantages within the E-commerce industry, researching your business and its products and who the target customers may be, complying with applicable laws, and meeting the requirements of online marketplaces to conduct business on their platforms, including but not limited to Amazon.com, Ebay.com, and Shopify.com.
III. HOW WE PROTECT INFORMATION
We implement security measures designed to protect your information from unauthorized access. One of the ways in which we protect your information is by only communicating with you through authenticated channels. Accounts, notifications, and inquiries can be started via email at which time you may submit contact information which we will collect and store.
For users who are representatives of a business, the email address used to initially contact us and all email addresses under the domain of your company website, in addition to any channels you provide to us as contact information such as mailing addresses, phone numbers, individuals listed as points of contact, and accounts on messaging software and apps will be considered by us as the only authenticated channels through which to communicate with you.
